2、 Main features

3、 Usage method

1. Use a damp cotton cloth to clean the bottom surfaces of the workbench and the four suction cups of the instrument. Place the instrument in place and apply pressure to ensure that the suction cups at the bottom corners of the instrument are tightly attached to the workbench.

2. Wipe the lower part of the test tube with a damp cloth and insert it into a suitable hole (with a certain gripping force). Note that the test tube must be perpendicular to the insertion plate, otherwise there will be liquid splashing during operation.

3. After connecting the power cord, set the speed and timing duration as needed, and press the RUN/STOP button to start running.

After the instrument is working, observe the mixing situation of the sample and adjust the speed to the appropriate speed through the ▲ and ▼ keys. To prevent samples from flying out of the test tube, it is advisable to fill the solution with no more than one-third of the height of the test tube.

Factory default setting: Speed ratio of 90% (the maximum speed of the motor configured on this machine is 3500 rpm, and 90% corresponds to a speed of around 3200 rpm); Timing: 15 minutes

1. LCD screen backlight on/off: Long press the RUN/STOP button to turn off and turn on the backlight

2. Speed setting: The maximum speed can be adjusted between 0-100%. Press the MENU key 4 times to enter the function 4 key surface, press the plus or minus key to set the speed ratio, and long press MENU to save and exit.

3. Speed adjustment rate setting: The acceleration and deceleration values are set to 001 002 005 010 015 020 025. Each press of the plus or minus button causes a corresponding change in speed of 1%, 2%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, and 25%. Press the MENU key 5 times to enter function 5, press the plus or minus keys to switch, long press MENU to save and exit.

4. Timing duration setting: 1 second -99 hours, 59 minutes, and 59 seconds. Press the MENU key 6 times to enter the function 6 key surface, use the RUN/STOP key to switch between hours, minutes, and seconds, adjust the size of hours, minutes, and seconds by adding or subtracting, and long press MENU to save and exit.

5. Cycle start stop frequency setting: adjustable between 1-999 times. Press the MENU key 8 times to enter function 8, press the plus or minus keys to adjust, long press MENU to save and exit.

6. Setting the duration of motor shutdown in cycle mode: 1 second -99 hours, 59 minutes, and 59 seconds. Press the MENU key 7 times to enter the function 7 key surface, use the RUN/STOP key to switch between hours, minutes, and seconds, adjust the size of hours, minutes, and seconds by adding or subtracting, and long press MENU to save and exit.
