Differential pressure type liquid level gauge

HY-DP/GP remote transmission flange pressure differential/transmitter remote transmission pressure transmitter is used to prevent the medium in the pipeline from directly entering the transmitter. The pressure sensing diaphragm and transmitter are connected by a capillary tube filled with fluid. It is used to measure the liquid level, flow rate, and pressure of fluids, gases, or vapors, and then convert them into 4-20mADC signal outputs. After the HY-3051DP/GP pressure transmitter is equipped with a remote transmission sealing device, it becomes the YK-3051 remote transmission pressure transmitter. It has the characteristics of the HY-3051GP pressure transmitter and can be used for pressure and liquid level measurement. It can communicate with the HART controller for setting and monitoring.

The differential pressure level gauge consists of a differential pressure transmitter, a capillary tube, and a flange with a sealed diaphragm. The function of the sealing diaphragm is to prevent the medium in the pipeline from directly entering the differential pressure transmitter. It is connected to the transmitter through a capillary tube filled with liquid (usually silicone oil). When the diaphragm is compressed, it undergoes slight deformation, and the deformation displacement or frequency is transmitted to the transmitter through the liquid in the capillary tube, which is processed by the transmitter and converted into an output signal.
