1. Bottling: Connect the quick connector end of the sampling pipeline to the quick connector on the natural gas cylinder, and fully open the outlet valve of the cylinder.

2. Cleaning: Slowly rotate the three-way valve to the cleaning position for 1 to 7 seconds. Then rotate to the stop position;

3. Injection: Slowly rotate the three-way valve to the injection position, adjust the pressure regulating valve, and observe the outlet pressure on the screen to adjust it to the desired pressure; Set the instantaneous flow rate and cumulative flow rate, click start to start sampling, and display them in sequence

1) Adjust flow rate: Adjust the flow rate according to the requirements, and the sample is in an empty state without entering the quantitative tube;

2) Injection in progress: Start injection at the set flow rate, automatically stop injection when the injection volume reaches the cumulative flow value, and switch the valve to empty;

3) Emptying: At this time, the valve is switched to the emptying state, and there is still a flow display, but when it flows to the exhaust port, no sample enters the quantitative ring, and it automatically balances with atmospheric pressure;

4) Ready: indicates completion of injection.

4．Dichlorosilane online chromatographAfter preparation, rotate the six way valve on the chromatography and inject the sample.

1. Removal of debris:

After the injection is completed, close the needle valve at the bottom of the steel cylinder, slowly rotate the three-way valve to the cleaning position, and empty the gas remaining in the front pipeline. At the same time, click the "empty" button on the screen to empty the gas remaining in the rear pipeline. After the pressure is zero, rotate the three-way valve to the stop position and remove the pipeline.

Note:

① Check whether there is any air leakage at each connection point of the pipeline. If there is any air leakage, tighten the nut until there is no air leakage position on the pipeline, and then proceed to the next step;

② When adjusting the pressure regulating valve, the three-way valve must be in the injection position, otherwise the sample cannot reach the inlet of the regulating valve.

③ When adjusting the pressure, it is important to note that if the adjusted pressure is too high, the pressure will not decrease when adjusted to a lower level because there is no pressure relief at the outlet end. At this time, it is necessary to press the exhaust button to release the pressure, and adjust the pressure to a lower level than the target value before gradually increasing it to the target value.
