The KNF FD 1.200 Versatile Dosing pump has a single metering range of 50 to 200 microliters, with a maximum flow rate of 40 milliliters per minute and a maximum pressure of 6 bar (relative), ensuring a suction height of at least 4.5 meters of water column in dry pump state. It can ensure an accuracy of ± 2% and excellent precision (coefficient of variation) of ≤ 0.5%.

Standard IP20 protection level, optional upgrade to IP54 to adapt to harsh environments. The pump head is made of chemically resistant polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) material, while the pump body is made of durable polypropylene (PP). For elastomeric components, customers can choose EPDM rubber or PTFE coated EPDM diaphragm with perfluoroether rubber valve discs.
