DZY series self operated pressure regulating valve with commanderIt is a DZY series nitrogen seal valve, which is particularly suitable for gas seal protection systems of various large storage tanks. Its connection methods include internal thread, external thread, flange, welding, butt welding, socket welding, sleeve, and clamp; It can be widely used in the automatic control of gas, liquid and steam medium pressure reduction and stabilization (for post valve regulation) or pressure relief and stabilization (for pre valve regulation) in various industrial equipment such as petroleum, chemical industry, electric power, metallurgy, food, textile, machinery manufacturing and residential buildings. It can also be used for controlling the mixed flow rate of two combustion gases in industrial furnace combustion systems, or for automatic micro pressure adjustment of sealing oil systems in hydrogen cooled generator sets, fuel gases in various industrial furnace combustion systems, protective gases for petroleum products or oil storage tanks, and heat treatment protective gases. When the nitrogen sealing valve is opened, when the tank pressure is slightly lower than the set pressure, the diaphragm moves downward due to the decrease in induced pressure, pushing the gas guide valve to open. Nitrogen enters the tank through the orifice plate and the outlet of the gas guide valve, increasing the pressure inside the tank. At the same time, the pressure in the special valve core chamber of the gas guide valve decreases, and nitrogen enters the main valve core chamber through the internal channel from the special valve core chamber. An actuator product that typically does not require any external energy during operation and utilizes the energy of the regulated medium itself to achieve automatic regulation. At the same time, it also has the advantages of energy conservation, adjustable pressure setting during operation, fast opening flow characteristics, sensitive action, good sealing performance, stable medium pressure, high adjustment accuracy, and small leakage.
