Its connection methods include internal thread, external thread, flange, welding, butt welding, socket welding, sleeve, and clamp; It can be widely used in the automatic control of gas, liquid and steam medium pressure reduction and stabilization (for post valve regulation) or pressure relief and stabilization (for pre valve regulation) in various industrial equipment such as petroleum, chemical industry, electric power, metallurgy, food, textile, machinery manufacturing and residential buildings. It can also be used for controlling the mixed flow rate of two combustion gases in industrial furnace combustion systems, or for automatic micro pressure adjustment of sealing oil systems in hydrogen cooled generator sets, fuel gases in various industrial furnace combustion systems, protective gases for petroleum products or oil storage tanks, and heat treatment protective gases. When the nitrogen sealing valve is opened, when the tank pressure is slightly lower than the set pressure, the diaphragm moves downward due to the decrease in induced pressure, pushing the gas guide valve to open. Nitrogen enters the tank through the orifice plate and the outlet of the gas guide valve, increasing the pressure inside the tank. At the same time, the pressure in the special valve core chamber of the gas guide valve decreases, and nitrogen enters the main valve core chamber through the internal channel from the special valve core chamber. An actuator product that typically does not require any external energy during operation and utilizes the energy of the regulated medium itself to achieve automatic regulation. At the same time, it also has the advantages of energy conservation, adjustable pressure setting during operation, fast opening flow characteristics, sensitive action, good sealing performance, stable medium pressure, high adjustment accuracy, and small leakage.

This series of nitrogen sealed valves uses the energy of the regulated medium itself as a power source, introduces an actuator to control the position of the valve core, changes the pressure difference and flow rate at both ends, and stabilizes the pressure before (or after) the valve.   1. ·The optimal position for installing a regulating valve is to align the stroke direction of the valve stem with the actuator above the valve body in a vertical plane. If the regulating valve must be installed in a position that allows the valve stem to move horizontally, or when the direction of movement of the valve stem has a certain inclination angle with the horizontal plane, the actuator should be supported so that all components of the regulating valve are in a natural state.
  2. ·The valve in operation should be intact, the bolts on the flange and bracket should be complete, the threads should be intact, and there should be no looseness.
  3. ·Ensure that the nitrogen sealing valve avoids or eliminates stress, directing stress away from the regulating valve.
  4. ·The ruler on the valve should be kept complete, accurate, and clear, and the lead seal, cap, pneumatic accessories, etc. of the valve should be complete and intact.
  5. ·Valves should be regularly inspected and cleaned of dirt, and rust proof oil should be applied to their surface.
  6. ·The safety operation of regulating valves and related accessories used in explosive hazardous areas should be checked
  7. ·Ensure the overall vertical or horizontal position. If transported over long distances, it is best to use sturdy wooden crates for shipping.
  8. ·The ruler on the valve should be kept complete, accurate, and clear, and the lead seal, cap, pneumatic accessories, etc. of the valve should be complete and intact.

The nitrogen release valve is usually installed on the top of the tank, and the diameter may be the same as that of the inlet valve depending on the situation
