This instrument is based on a high-speed microcontroller, combined with high-precision A/D converter, digital measurement technology, anti power frequency interference technology, and programmable current source technology. It enables the built-in large capacity rechargeable lithium battery to generate ripple free DC current, with a maximum output of 100A. The output current can be finely adjusted every 2.5A step, with up to 59 current levels, meeting the requirements of multi current level testing; At the same time, it is possible to set the time (10s, 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s) for continuous output of high current testing, which can achieve high-precision, high stability, and high intelligence testing in strong interference environments; It has functions such as open circuit protection and overheating protection in circuit design.

DY02-100 Loop Resistance TesterAdopting a 5.6-inch color LCD display, with a clear and intuitive interface in both Chinese and English; It is also equipped with standard resistors, which can perform precision self inspection on the instrument before formal testing; The instrument has the advantages of wide range, large data storage capacity, strong anti-interference ability, simple operation, handheld, small size, and easy portability; A printer can also be optionally selected for data printing.

The Loop Resistance Tester APP is a self-developed app that integrates comprehensive information management functions such as recording, managing, and generating reports of measurement data. It is used in conjunction with instruments to achieve GPS positioning, upload on-site images, upload test data, generate data curves, and generate reports. It has a user-friendly engineering guide function and is easy to use. Convenient data upload, processing, and export can greatly improve the work efficiency of inspectors.
