DX-360 Fluorescence Spectrometer

DePu DX-360 is a newly developed fully automated X-ray fluorescence spectrometer that integrates RoHS directive, halogen directive, and eight heavy metal directives. Mainly used for thickness measurement of metal coatings, determination of plating solution and coating content; Testing the content of precious metals such as gold, platinum, silver, and various jewelry.

By integrating the five characteristics of accuracy, speed, non-destructive, intuitive, and environmental protection, the use of advanced SDD technology in the analytical instrument industry can reduce testing time to 1 second. Using German professional technology, image linkage control and multi-point continuous testing can be achieved. The newly added sample chamber for electric development makes operation more convenient, and the newly designed automatic sample platform ensures accurate detection.
