Overview

DS2000 Alpha Dew Point Meter Features: Humanized design achieves new operational functions, accuracy reaches The remote transmission characteristic of 2 ℃, *, and the cable distance between the meter head and the sensor can reach up to 1 kilometer.

Product Details

DS2000 Alpha Dew Point MeterThe exterior of the ultra-high impedance humidity sensor is mainly composed of electroplated steel and stainless steel filter protection devices (used to protect the sensing elements inside the sensor). The sensor can be installed at a distance of 1000 meters from the dew point meter.
In order to obtain high-quality products or ensure the normal operation of equipment, many industries such as petrochemicals, power, electronics, aerospace, metallurgy, textiles, etc. have increasingly high requirements for humidity measurement. Therefore, humidity measurement has gradually become an emerging technology field. In the design of dew point instruments, various factors that directly affect the heat and mass exchange during the condensation process should be considered. This principle also applies to the selection of operating conditions for dew point instruments with low automation.

DS2000 Alpha Dew Point MeterPreparation work

Check the instrument: Before use, check whether the appearance of the instrument is damaged and whether all components are intact. At the same time, check whether the power lines, signal lines, and other connecting wires are intact to ensure that the instrument can work properly.

Calibration instrument: In order to ensure the accuracy of measurement results, the instrument needs to be calibrated. The calibration process is usually carried out by professionals, and users only need to follow the instructions in the manual.

Prepare the sample: Prepare the gas sample to be tested according to the measurement requirements. Ensure that the sample is free of impurities and moisture to avoid affecting the measurement results.

Installation and Debugging

Install sensor: Install the sensor on the sampling port of the gas to be tested, ensuring that the sensor is in close contact with the sampling port and there is no air leakage.

Connect power and signal cables: Connect the power cable to a power outlet and the signal cable to a data collector or computer. Ensure a secure connection without any looseness.

Power on preheating: Turn on the power switch and wait for the instrument to self check and preheat. The preheating time is usually 3-5 minutes, and the instrument display screen will show the preheating progress during the preheating process.

Debugging parameters: Set measurement parameters according to measurement requirements, such as temperature compensation, pressure compensation, etc. At the same time, set parameters such as sampling frequency and sampling time for the data collector.

Measurement process

Start measurement: After confirming that the instrument has been preheated and the parameter settings are correct, start measuring. Click the "Start" button on the data collector or computer to start the measurement process.

Observing data: During the measurement process, observe the changes in data displayed on the data collector or computer. If the data fluctuates greatly, parameters such as sampling frequency and sampling time can be adjusted appropriately to stabilize the data.

End measurement: After the measurement is completed, click the "End" button on the data collector or computer to stop the measurement. At this point, the data collector or computer will automatically save the measurement data.

Data analysis and processing

View data: View measurement data on a data collector or computer, including measurement time, temperature, pressure, dew point value, and other information. If necessary, the data can be exported to Excel or other data processing software for analysis.

Analyze data: Analyze measurement data based on actual needs. For example, the relationship between water vapor concentration, dew point, and temperature in gases can be calculated.

Processing data: Based on the analysis results, process the data. For example, data can be processed through filtering, fitting, and other techniques to improve its accuracy and reliability.

Maintenance and upkeep

Cleaning the sensor: After use, the sensor should be cleaned in a timely manner to remove surface impurities and moisture. Be careful not to use organic solvents to wipe the surface of the sensor.

Storage of instruments: Store in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and high temperature environments. Meanwhile, pay attention to dust and moisture prevention.

Regular calibration: To ensure measurement accuracy, it is recommended to calibrate it regularly. The calibration cycle depends on the usage environment and measurement requirements, usually once every six months or once a year.
