Application Overview:

This water quality automatic sampler is suitable for various levels of environmental monitoring stations, water conservancy and hydrology, labor health, scientific research institutes and other departments. It is equipped with a vehicle mounted compressor refrigeration box to meet its needs for sampling and refrigerated storage of water bodies such as rivers, lakes, seas, industrial pollution source wastewater, etc. This product can achieve multiple sampling modes such as timed sampling, time proportional sampling, flow proportional sampling, periodic flow proportional sampling, synchronous sampling, external control sampling, and one click sampling.

Features:

1) Bottle sampling function: The instrument can achieve automatic bottle sampling of 1-24 bottles (can be set arbitrarily).

2) Sampling method: It can achieve sampling methods such as timed sampling, time proportional sampling, flow proportional sampling, periodic flow proportional sampling, synchronous sampling, external control sampling, and one click sampling.

3) Time setting and display function: It can set the year, month, day, hour, minute, and second.

4) Sampling record function: It can record the sampling time, sampling bottle number, sampling amount, sampling mode, and whether the sampling is successful for each sampling. It can record 1000 pieces of data and can be queried at any time.

5) Power off protection function: After the instrument is powered off and reconnected while in operation, it can automatically restore its original operating state without losing its parameters.

6) Power failure self-locking function: After power failure, the bottle separation mechanism automatically locks.

7) Automatic emptying function: After each sampling is completed, the system can automatically empty the water in the sampling pipeline to ensure that there is no sedimentation blockage in the sampling pipeline.

8) Moisturizing function: The sampling pipeline can be automatically wetted before each sampling to ensure that the collected samples do not interfere with each other. The wetting time can be freely set.

9) Water sample refrigeration function: Using a mobile compressor refrigeration device, the collected water samples can be stored in an environment of 4 ℃± 2 ℃.

10) External flowmeter function: The sampler has a flowmeter interface and can be connected to an external flowmeter.

11) Short range wireless control function: Using a wireless handheld controller, the sampler can be set, controlled, and status read within a range of 30 meters.

12) Anti overflow function: All sampling bottles in the sampler will automatically remind and protect after the water sample is collected.

13) Sampling failure alarm: The sampler failed to sample and an alarm prompt will be given.

14) Power supply: The sampler can be powered by either AC 220V or DC 12V or car power supply.
