What is an automation system?
The microscopic automation system consists of a microscopic imaging system, a platform motion control system, a PC workstation, and a professional software system. One click collection, measurement, and analysis can be achieved with low manual intervention. Reducing human error caused by manual intervention and effectively improving monitoring efficiency, coupled with the Q-DTS data interconnection platform, data can be transmitted in real-time to the customer's MES system, further enhancing data processing efficiency.

Map Navigation Map
One click operation for quick automatic stitching of 2D and 3D images. Three stitching modes can be selected based on the characteristics of the sample, including the number of rows and columns, the required stitching length, or setting the starting and ending positions of the stitching. Scan the sample at low magnification to generate a Map navigation map, and quickly locate the observation position for 3D morphology analysis at high magnification. Let you not lose your field of view during the analysis process, even when magnified, the system will display the current position of the field of view in the macro map navigation map.
