The DK800 glass rotor flowmeter is a process detection instrument designed specifically for measuring small flow rates of single-phase non pulsating fluids (liquids or gases) in closed pipelines. It adopts a vertically installed glass cone tube and float structure design, supporting high-precision flow monitoring and real-time adjustment. 5、 Installation and maintenance

1. Installation requirements

It must be installed vertically (with the big end of the cone facing upwards), and the pipeline needs to be flushed clean to avoid blockage by impurities.Reserve 5-10 times the diameter of the straight pipe section upstream and at least 250mm of straight pipe section downstream.

2. Operating standards

Open the upstream valve to full open, then slowly adjust the downstream valve to control the flow rate, and sequentially close it when stopping.

3. Maintenance suggestions

Regularly clean the cone tube and float to prevent dirt from affecting accuracy; If the float is stuck, it needs to be disassembled and cleaned.After long-term use, recalibration is required, and the indication value needs to be corrected when the medium density or temperature changes.
