Overview
The DFP4 series pump provides effective power at a pressure of 70MPa. These reliable pumps are used in harsh and dirty environments around the world, without the need to consider hydraulic failures. A split output pump can provide independent flow through up to 8 separate outlets.
Product Details
When the pump is running, the one-way valve of each plunger opens and closes sequentially, thereby directing fluid from the suction port to the outlet port. The rotating inclined plate drives the plunger to perform reciprocating motion. During the outward stroke, each plunger is filled with oil through the suction valve. During the compression stroke, the suction valve closes, and the oil pressure in the plunger chamber continues to rise and exceeds the load pressure. The pressure valve is pushed open, and the oil in the sealed chamber is pumped out. The outputs of each plunger merge together at the pump end cover and are output through the oil outlet.

1、 Advantages of using a one-way ball valve distribution pump
1. Wide fluid compatibility
This pump can reliably operate for various fluids with low lubricity and low viscosity. The design of the co rotating inclined plate and one-way ball valve distribution plunger reduces internal loads, resulting in lower starting torque and longer lifespan.
2. Can rotate in both directions
Regardless of the direction of rotation of the motor or engine, only one pump model needs to be selected. No matter how the drive shaft rotates, this type of quantitative pump can provide a constant output flow direction.
3. High power output
The compact design allows the pump to have a higher power to weight ratio. The inclined plate is connected to the drive shaft through a key, while the plunger body remains stationary, so this pump can withstand greater loads than ordinary designed pumps.
4. Flexible installation
The direction of the pump is not restricted, ensuring the flexibility of the system installation. The use of the shell drainage port allows for vertical installation of the system and ensures good internal lubrication during prolonged operation.
5. Easy to simplify multifunctional circuits
A multi outlet pump can replace the circuit system of multiple pumps. For synchronous motion conditions, this pump can provide more accurate flow distribution than a diverter valve.
6. Anti cavitation damage
Accidentally entering the air pockets or suction ports of the system can cause rapid damage to general types of pumps. The one-way ball valve distribution pump will reduce negative pressure vibration because the one-way ball valve will only leave the valve seat after the fluid in the pump chamber reaches the load pressure.
7. Energy efficiency
The straight seat one-way ball valve reduces internal leakage and provides higher volumetric efficiency than the bypass pump. Unlike the distribution disc pump, this design does not require an unloading groove.
8. The pressure resistance can reach 138MPa
This pump can operate under high pressure and extreme temperatures. The straight seat one-way ball valve also has better resistance and higher passenger volume efficiency, especially for lubricating fluids.
9. Anti pollution properties
This pump can work in dirty environments because it has higher pollution resistance than ordinary pumps.
The large-diameter input and output flow channels allow pollutants to flush through the pump chamber.
10. No lubrication required
By adopting a single fluid design, internal lubrication is maintained by the working fluid, reducing the cost of additional internal lubrication or special maintenance. It also avoids cross contamination between different fluid media.
