1. Performance Description
This series of DC stabilized switching power supplies has the function of stabilizing voltage and current, with high accuracy, precision, stability, small size, light weight, and high efficiency.
The power supply adopts the latest high-frequency modulation soft switching technology, which broadens the voltage and current of the switching power supply, realizes the large-scale regulation of voltage and current, and expands the application field of the switching power supply.
The control chip of the power supply adopts relatively mature imported components, and the power components of the power supply adopt the latest Mitsubishi IGBT high-power devices developed internationally. It has a series of advantages such as small size, light weight, high efficiency, fast response speed, and good accuracy.
The voltage regulation value (output voltage when the output current is less than the output constant current value) and the constant current value (output current when the output voltage is less than the output voltage regulation value) output by this power supply can be continuously adjusted within the range of (0-100)% of their respective maximum values. The voltage and current are continuously adjustable, providing convenience for users to accurately detect and debug. At the same time, this power supply effectively solves the industry problem of instability caused by high current.
It has protection functions such as input overvoltage, undervoltage, phase loss, output overvoltage, overcurrent, short circuit, constant current output voltage limit, and over temperature. Built in temperature controlled cooling fan, which can effectively dissipate heat and extend the lifespan of the fan; Power on delay soft start to avoid output voltage overshoot during startup.
It has the function of switching between internal and external control. According to actual needs, users can freely choose between internal and external control methods. Internal control is adjusted by adjusting the "voltage adjustment" potentiometer or "current adjustment" potentiometer on the front panel of the power supply.
External control refers to the power supply that provides DC0-5V analog signals for users to remotely control the power supply, or to use a computer for automatic control.
The output voltage and current are displayed using a digital display, with an accuracy of<± 2%.
