3、 Product features:

1. It can automatically run up to 20 samples without the need for personnel to be on duty;

2. Power on self-test, fault alarm and prompt, automatic positioning of sample tray;

3. Microcomputer program control, with main functions including:

⑴ Method parameter setting, real-time animation display of working status, and running time;

⑵ The sample area, injection valve, and sample transfer tube are all heated and temperature controlled separately;

⑶ Set up the analysis program and press the run button to automatically complete the entire sample analysis;

⑷ It has multiple expansion functions: dynamic headspace, purge and capture, low-temperature cold trap;

⑸ The GC and chromatographic data processing workstations can be started synchronously, and the device can also be started using external programs;

4. Equipped with an external carrier gas regulation system, the GC instrument can be used for headspace sampling analysis without any modifications or changes. The original instrument carrier gas can also be used;

5. Through time programming, automatic functions such as pressurization, sampling, injection, analysis, and post analysis blowback cleaning can be achieved;

6. Adopting pressure equilibrium injection technology, the peak shape of headspace injection is narrow and the repeatability is good;

7. The sample transfer tube and injection valve have automatic blowback function, which avoids cross contamination of different samples;

8. In order to make it more convenient and accurate to use with imported gas chromatographs, this instrument is also equipped with dedicated interfaces for various imported instruments, which are easy to connect;

9. The injection volume can be adjusted at any time according to the concentration of the sample to be analyzed by the customer;

10. The injection needle is easy to replace and can be connected to all models of GC injection ports at home and abroad.
