DAQ970A DAQ973A Data Acquisition System

The DAQ970A DAQ973A data acquisition system consists of a 3-slot host and 9 optional plug-in modules. Users can use Keysight PathWave BenchVue DAQ software or a web browser to operate DAQ.

• Capable of measuring ultra-low current (measurement range of 1 µ A DC and 100 µ A AC) and higher resistance (1000 M Ω range)

The automatic calibration function can compensate for internal drift caused by time and temperature changes

• Compatible with 3497XA testing programs and configurations

LAN and USB interfaces can be easily connected to a computer

(DAQ973A also has an additional GPIB interface)
