The Duratt D800 dynamic testing platform integrates customized high-performance linear motors and control systems, which can achieve high-frequency dynamic excitation from static to up to 100Hz, with a dynamic load of 800N and a dynamic displacement of ± 20mm. It is widely used for dynamic mechanical performance testing of various materials and small components, as well as high-performance static tensile and compressive testing

The whole machine has a sturdy and reliable structure, and the motor platform integrates ball screws for safe and convenient lifting. The electrical design meets CE safety standards, the human-machine engineering optimization design, and the software operation interface is simple and clear, easy to operate

By combining relevant DMA software, the viscoelastic properties of viscoelastic materials such as polymer materials or composite materials can be studied, including glass transition, relaxation/creep, loss characteristics, etc

Typical testing conditions include stretching, compression, three/four point bending, twisting, frequency scanning, temperature scanning (optional), etc. External testing environments such as saltwater baths and high/low temperature chambers can be selected
