1. Introduction to tape peeling method

The stratum corneum, as the outermost layer of the epidermis, is composed of highly specialized non nucleated keratinocytes and lipids filled between cells. 2. Operation steps of pressure gauge D500

Finally, apply pressure again until the thumb feels the pressure, indicating that the pressure gauge has achieved a pressure of 225 grams per square centimeter. Press for 5 seconds and follow the instructions to remove the tape.

3. Post treatment and analysis of tape peeling materials
