Using traditional flow cytometry, the characterization of extracellular vesicles is incomplete because we can only see things as low as 100 nanometers. Using CytoFLEX nano nanoflow cytometry, we can observe GFP staining in the extracellular vesicles, indicating that we can more comprehensively characterize the extracellular vesicles.
