CytoFLEX LX flow cytometerSix laser options are provided for the scientific research field, offering up to 21 fluorescence channels. Users can choose from UV 355nm or near UV 375nm lasers, as well as 405nm purple, 488nm blue, 561nm yellow green, 638nm red, and 808nm infrared lasers. It, like the CytoFLEX system, draws on innovative technology from the telecommunications industry and its performance is comparable to instruments four times its size. As part of the CytoFLEX platform, these instruments feature adjustable bandpass filters with high sensitivity and wide dynamic range, as well as flexible upgrades that can be achieved by activating other parameters.
