The samples are repeatedly squeezed, rubbed, and mixed under the action of the scraper head, achieving homogenization and mixing of the samples. By setting with a scale, while revolving around the axis of the turntable, it also rotates in the opposite direction around its own axis. 1. The important assembly parameter of the gear transmission device is the clearance between the tooth tips of the automatic metallographic cutting, grinding, and polishing integrated machine. The regulations stipulate that the clearance between the large and small roller teeth is 7.5-8.5mm. During the production process, if the equipment runs for a long time, the large gear ring will be subjected to force and impact deformation, gradually changing from a circular shape to an elliptical shape, to avoid the impact caused by the clearance between the tooth tips, which may cause the gear teeth to overload and break. The tooth top clearance is even lower than 6mm locally, and in the actual adjustment process, the tooth top clearance should be adjusted to 8.5-10mm.
2. The insufficient tightening force of the large gear ring is also one of the important reasons for its deformation. In production operations, the fully automatic metallographic cutting machine not only increases the bolt tightening force, but also connects the large gear ring joint surface with a 10mm thick steel plate to increase the fastening surface, prevent gear ring deformation, ensure the same angular velocity of the driving and driven wheels, and prevent inertia force caused by changes in transmission ratio, which may cause fatigue and breakage.
3. The sufficient lubrication of the transmission shaft bearings is also the main reason for ensuring their smooth operation. The cutting grinder adopts traditional regular and manual oiling, which can also ensure sufficient lubrication of the bearings. However, it is easy to cause excessive or insufficient lubricating oil. It is recommended to use mechanical timing, quantitative and scientific replenishment of lubricating grease to ensure moderate lubrication of the bearings, reduce vibration, avoid bearing wear and cage rupture, and extend the service life.
