working principle

The customized universal gas dilution instrument device flexibly selects gas sonic nozzles and high-precision mass flow meters (MFCs) to achieve flow control based on the physical and chemical characteristics of the gas, involving many key technologies such as flow control, sonic nozzle combination, pressure control, pipeline wiring, and intelligent control. According to user customization, the device can output gas samples in three ways: continuously adjustable output, fixed-point output, and combination output of sonic nozzles (16, 32, 64, 128, 256, 512, 1024 times optional). The intelligent control system of the device can automatically calculate the gas flow rate based on the set dilution concentration (or dilution ratio) and gas characteristics.
