TAOMSUN analyzer sampling needles are precision-machined components designed for laboratory analytical instruments, providing reliable liquid sample handling for biochemistry analyzers and other laboratory analyzers. Materials SUS304, SUS316L, titanium and titanium alloy, meeting different corrosion resistance and strength requirements. Outer surface roughness Ra 0.1 μm or less; inner surface polishable to Ra 0.06 μm or less, minimizing sample residue. Straightness 0.05 mm or less to avoid deflection and jamming in automatic analyzers. Optional PTFE (Teflon) coating (domestic / imported), easy to clean, corrosion-resistant and anti-adhesive.
