The STT/GTT series of heat flow sensors/radiation heat flow sensors are non-contact heat flow measurement instruments, mainly used in ground and flight aviation tests, heat transfer research, flammability test heat flow standards, fire tests, material development, and kiln development.

Sensor Description

Oxygen free copper body ensures long lifespan and signal stability of the sensor.

Equipped with flanges for easy installation.

Attachment

Optional configurations: including four installation configurations, detachable windows, water cooling, and conduction cooling. When the working temperature exceeds 200 ° C, water cooling should be chosen.

Window attachments (optional window materials such as sapphire, quartz, zinc sulfide, zinc selenide, etc.), measure radiation heat flux (total radiation, infrared radiation).

The standard installation configuration is generally divided into:

Smooth surface with flange;

Threaded surface with flange;

Smooth surface without flanges;

Threaded surface, without flange.

Optional range: Choose between 0.5KW/m2-30MW/m2

Output signal: Millivolt linear output (with correction factor) (our company has a converter that can convert it into other signals)

Allowable temperature of the sensor: 200 ° C (if it exceeds 200 ° C, cooling water is required, and the temperature tolerance can reach 3000 ° C)

Calibration extended uncertainty (accuracy): ± 3%, including factor k=2 (for approximately 95% confidence level) (± 5% for 5000kw/m2 and above)

Wire: Copper double stranded wire, Teflon insulation, copper wire braided shielding, 1m standard length, bare end
