It can be connected to various application devices, with a temperature control range of+10 ℃~35 ℃, accuracy of+/-2 ℃, and cooling power (20 ℃ liquid temperature) of 2900W~3000W (CA-2600F).

The circulating medium can be deionized water (conductivity>0.1 μ S/cm, such as 10 M Ω• cm, 5 M Ω• cm, or 1 M Ω• cm) or silicone oil (viscosity below 10mPa · S at a liquid temperature of 10 ℃), suitable for situations where ion exchange resin is needed to maintain electrical resistivity or where ionization is required in the circulating circuit
Suitable for temperature management in ionizing environments and semiconductor production equipment
CA-2600F2 can achieve a circulating pressure of 0.2MPa, which is suitable for situations requiring high circulating pressure
