The biggest feature of the SFAR2505 ball screw nut pair is low noise and high speed. The diameter of the SFAR2505 ball screw is 25mm and the lead is 5mm. Due to the use of CNC intermediate frequency quenching, the effective hardening layer depth (DOS) of the raceway working surface can be guaranteed to be 1-2mm, and more importantly, its error curve is linear. Through CNC compensation, its accuracy can be improved to P4, P3, or even P2 levels.

The precision grinding ball screw adopts CNC intermediate frequency quenching to ensure uniform depth of the hardness layer, and is processed by a precision thread grinder, with an accuracy of P1-P2 level. Due to the use of a German floating reversing device, especially the steel ball crossing the raceway during the reversing process (i.e. the steel ball entering the reversing device is not in contact with the raceway), the provided ball screw pair has the characteristic of greatly reducing noise during high-speed operation.
