1、 Product Introduction

The product is a photovoltaic module IV curve tester, which can accurately detect the power generation efficiency and conversion rate of components and strings within the 1500V range. It can quickly detect the working characteristics of photovoltaic strings under natural light. The equipment is easy to operate, portable, and equipped with high-precision irradiance meters and temperature sensors, which can provide accurate on-site irradiance values and environmental temperature parameters.

Single component/string detection can be completed in 10 seconds, and the fast, accurate, and comprehensive detection function can be used as an optional configuration for third-party detection agencies and power station operation and maintenance. The whole machine is equipped with high-precision capacitive/resistive loads, as well as a faster radiometer operation module and corresponding IV curve analysis software. It can analyze IV curves more clearly and has the advantage of continuous IV uninterrupted scanning, which helps to detect the entire photovoltaic power plant system.

1. High precision curve testing from 10 to 1500V

Using our company's new resistive testing module, single component detection is more accurate, capable of testing up to 1500V series IV curve testing and 30A series parallel testing.

2. STC nominal parameter conversion test

IV testing matches over 95% of the current photovoltaic panel specifications, enabling faster switching of different component parameters and automatic calculation of the current power generation efficiency and conversion rate of the panel, helping users to more accurately understand the true parameters of the components.

3. String testing
