This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the standard requirements of GB/T 6532-2012 "Determination of Salt Content in Crude Oil and Its Products". Used for testing the total amount of halides with a concentration of 0.002-0.02% (by weight) in crude oil, topping crude oil, cracked residue oil, and fuel oil, and can also be used to determine the contamination of turbine oil and marine fuel oil by seawater.

working principle

The instrument adopts a solid-state voltage regulator and adjusts the voltage of the electric heating wire (continuously adjustable from 0 to 220V) with an adjustment knob to control the heating power and achieve the required heating speed according to the standard.
