The TDLE5Y crude oil moisture determination centrifuge is designed for the determination of water and sediment in crude oil using the centrifugal method and manufactured according to the requirements of GB/T6533-86 standard. It uses centrifugal separation method to determine water and sediment in crude oil. It is an ideal separation equipment for moisture determination in the oil extraction industry and scientific research institutions.
Large screen liquid crystal display (LCD), which can display rotor number, speed, time, temperature, centrifugal force, acceleration and deceleration, as well as fault information. Adopting a circular heater, it heats quickly and uniformly, with temperature control and constant temperature functions, meeting the temperature requirements of the petroleum industry for centrifuges.
Adopting a high torque variable frequency motor, the lifting speed is smooth and fast, with a long service life, no need for daily maintenance, low noise, greatly improving the stability of the instrument. The centrifuge tube is made using a special process, and the glass centrifuge tube will not break during operation. This centrifuge tube has been widely promoted and used in Daqing Oilfield.
