It is a new type of rapid moisture detection instrument. The moisture analyzer measures the weight of the sample while the infrared heating unit and moisture evaporation channel quickly dry the sample. After the drying program is completed, the measured moisture content value is locked and displayed. Compared with the oven heating method, infrared heating can achieve high heating power in a short period of time, and the sample can be quickly dried at high temperatures. 2、 Precautions for use
Precautions for electrolyte
During normal measurement, every 100 milliliters of electrolyte can react with no less than 1 gram of water. If the measurement time is too long and the sensitivity of the electrolyte decreases, a new electrolyte should be replaced.
If strong bubbles are released or the electrolyte is contaminated during titration, resulting in a light reddish brown color, the blank current will increase, the reproducibility of the measurement will decrease, and the time to reach the endpoint will be prolonged. In this case, the electrolyte should be replaced.
3. If the titration time exceeds half an hour and the instrument cannot be stabilized, the stirring knob should be rotated to stop stirring and observe the sand
Is there obvious brown iodine production on the anode platinum mesh at the bottom of the core? If there is no or very little iodine production, the electrolyte should be replaced.
4. Be careful not to inhale or touch the electrolyte with your hands. If it comes into contact with the skin, rinse thoroughly with water.

Measurement principle of Coulomb method moisture analyzer
The user sample is loaded into a sealed injection vial for a card type heating furnace, sealed with a headspace bottle connector, and placed into a heating tank. The moisture in the sample (which may also contain other volatile solvents) is released in the form of vapor. It is transferred from the headspace bottle to the KF titration cup through a heating companion tube using a dry carrier gas (such as dry air or nitrogen), and then detected and displayed using a Karl Fischer moisture analyzer.
