1. Adopting PLC programmable logic control system, the operation is simple and convenient, and the operation is stable and reliable.

2. The control screen is a color touch screen with a user-friendly human-computer interaction interface that can convert between Chinese and English languages. The display screen has a lock function and can be remotely controlled on both mobile and computer devices.

3. Real time display and recording of vacuum degree, cold trap temperature, and material temperature, with data stored once per minute. It can continuously record material and equipment condition data, support offline browsing, analysis, printing, and storage of data, and is equipped with a USB data storage serial port.

5. The cold trap chamber, material tray, material rack, and top contact surface of the machine are all made of 304 stainless steel material. There are no coils in the cold trap chamber, which is smooth, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean.

6. The cold trap has the function of independent pre freezing of samples in the early stage, without the need for an ultra-low temperature refrigerator or liquid nitrogen treatment.

7. Equipped with compressor secondary start delay protection.

8. Adopting anti backflow oil vacuum pump, the main engine and vacuum pump are connected by national standard KF25 quick release flange.

9. The drying chamber is made of high-pressure and low-temperature resistant aviation acrylic material with high transparency barrels, which can observe the entire process of material freeze-drying changes.
