The continuous rail profile measuring instrument is based on the principle of laser triangulation, with a line structured light sensor as the core measuring element. It synchronously controls data acquisition through multiple sensors to obtain multi angle rail surface point cloud coordinates, and performs 3D reconstruction of the rail profile through point cloud data registration, fusion, and other processing. The profile module can be installed under the track inspection car body to achieve continuous scanning and measurement of the steel rails as the train runs, and can simultaneously detect the profile and wear of the steel rails. This product has the advantages of fast measurement speed and non-contact, which can significantly improve the efficiency and accuracy of rail profile measurement.
