Use of concrete row compactor

1Preparation before use
①Check if the motor power and grounding wires are reliable.
②Check if all connecting bolts are loose
③Check if the electrical control system is sensitive and reliable
④Check all lubrication points such as bearings, chains, pins, etc. Add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil to ensure good lubrication
⑤The steel formwork should be firmly supported and its surface should be kept flat, in the same plane.
2Construction operations
①Transport the machine to the construction site and place four walking rollers on the template.
②Connect the power supply and start each vibrating rod with no load to ensure normal operation.
③Slowly lower the array rod to submerge the vibrating rod into the concrete to an appropriate depth, and then activate the walking system to move forward. When working, it is strictly prohibited to retreat. When retreating, the vibration rod should be lifted.

Maintenance and upkeep of concrete row vibrator

①At the end of each construction shift, the concrete adhering to the rollers, vibration bars, and vibration rods should be cleaned up to prevent solidification from affecting the next operation.
②Lubricating grease should be added to each bearing part once a week, and lubricating oil should be regularly added to each chain to maintain good lubrication. At the same time, attention should be paid to avoiding sand and other debris from getting on the chain to prevent premature damage.
③Generally, a comprehensive inspection and maintenance of the entire machine should be carried out once a month or at the end of each phase of the project.
④Regular attention should be paid to the tightness of the V-belt and chain. If they are too loose, they should be adjusted in a timely manner. The fastening bolts should also be checked regularly to prevent loosening.
⑤When the machine is not in use for a long time, it should be parked in a rainproof, sun proof, and dry place.
