Product Details

1、 QPJJ-2A typeConcrete pore structure analyzerFeatures

The bubble spacing coefficient analyzer for hardened concrete uses the wire method to test various parameters of bubbles in hardened concrete. The bubble spacing has strong working performance, friendly software interface, simple operation, high testing accuracy, and is highly welcomed by domestic research institutions.

2、 Product Technical Specifications

1. Collection method: Digital industrial camera

2. Industrial camera communication method: USB communication

3. Communication method between upper and lower computers: RS232 serial port

4. Microscope resolution: less than 2um

5. Magnification factor: 80-200 times

6. Microscope illumination: spotlight type

7. Movement accuracy of activity base: less than 2um

8. Packaging dimensions (length * width * height): 700 * 600 * 470mm

3、 Requirements for specimen processing:

1. Cut a 20mm section from the 100mm * 100mm specimen and wash it clean.

2. Carefully grind 400 and 800 grit diamond sand on the 100mm * 100mm observation surface. After each grinding, it should be washed clean before waking up for the next grinding.

3. After washing thoroughly, dry in an oven at 105 ℃± 5 ℃.

4. Use a wide headed black oil-based marker to blacken the observation surface of the specimen until the color of the specimen itself cannot be seen.

5. Fill the bubbles with white calcium carbonate powder with a particle size of less than 10um, and remove excess on the surface with a blade.

6. When viewed under the camera, when a suitable light source is illuminated at a low angle of incidence on the observation surface, the surface bubble interface and aggregate pores are observed to be basically flat, with clear bubble edges, indicating that the observation section has been processed appropriately.

Software interface description:

1Main interface:

The main interface includes functions such as scanning trajectory, motor control, image adjustment, information display, system settings, experiments, real-time images, and processed images.

2Scan trajectory:

This function displays the real-time shooting trajectory of the test camera, making it easy for users to intuitively understand the entire scanning process of the experiment.

3Motor control:

This function is used to control the movement of the motor and the operation of the motor returning to the origin.

Click the direction button of this function with the left mouse button, and the motor will move in the corresponding direction1mmClick the 'Return to Origin' button, and the motor will automatically move to the origin.

4Image adjustment:

This function is used to adjust the correspondence ratio between the length of the image seen and the actual length.

5Information display:

This function is used to display various information about program operations.

6System settings:

The system settings include buttons for serial port settings, camera settings, motion settings, and image settings.

6.1Serial port settings:

Click the "Serial Port Settings" button in the upper right corner of the main interface, and the following dialog box will pop up. This dialog box is used to set the serial port number and baud rate, and open the serial port.

6.2Camera settings:

Click on the "Camera Settings" button in the upper right corner of the main interface, and the following dialog box will pop up. This dialog box is used to set the selection of cameras to connect to the computerVideoCaptureDeviceinDeviceNamechoice

6.3Sports settings:

Click on the "Exercise Settings" button in the "System Settings" section at the top right corner of the main interface, and the following dialog box will pop up. This dialog box includes functions such as motor operating parameters, communication status, motor movement, and setting test starting point.

The operating parameters of the motor are default values and cannot be modified.

The communication status displays the serial port status and whether the communication is normal.

The function of motor movement is the same as the motor control function on the main interface.

Setting the test origin is used to set the starting point for testing during the experiment.

6.4Image settings:

Click the "Image Settings" button in the "System Settings" section at the top right corner of the main interface, and the following dialog box will pop up. The parameters in this dialog box are default values for appearance and do not need to be modified.

7Experiment:

The experiment includes buttons such as create experiment, start experiment, stop experiment, and push out.

8Real time images:

Real time image display shows the images captured by the camera.

9Processed image:

The processed image displays the binary image captured by the camera.

Changes to system settings are only available to system administrators(admin)Right to modify, ordinary

The controller does not have the authority to modify, which can prevent multiple people from operating and causing modifications to certain important parameters, resulting in errors in the test results.
