Overview

The concrete pole impact resistance testing machine meets the technical requirements of Appendix B of T/CEC143-2017 "Ultra High Performance Concrete Pole" for pole impact resistance testing methods. Like the load mechanical performance testing equipment for electric poles, it is one of the required items by State Grid. Our products have stable performance and are guaranteed to pass third-party testing.

Product Details

Concrete pole impact resistance testing machineComply with the technical requirements of Appendix B of T/CEC143-2017 "Ultra High Performance Concrete Electric Pole" for the test method of impact resistance performance of electric poles.

Test Method

B. 4.1 Preparation of test specimens

The test piece should be placed horizontally, with the axis perpendicular to the swing arm, and the hammering point should be in contact with the axis of the hammer head. When the hammer head comes into contact with the test piece, the swing arm should be in a horizontal position, and the area below the hammering point should be padded with a pad length of not less than 200mm.

B. 4.2 Hammer point selection

Select 3 hammering points for each pole for testing, with the first hammering point located 1 meter away from the main end; The second hammering point is located 2 meters away from the large end, and the pole is rotated 120 degrees; The third hammering point is located 3 meters away from the big end and rotated 11-20 degrees in the same direction again.

B. 4.3 Hammer striking method

First, place the swing arm in a vertical position, then release it to strike freely. After each strike, observe and measure the strike position before proceeding to the next strike.

Hammer head size: 65 * 65mm ± 2mm;

Hammer head mass: 8.16KG ± 50G;

Arm size:Φ40mm*1.5m

Dimensions: 1790 * 460 * 610mm

Test conditions

1. Impact load: Set the impact load according to the design requirements.

2. Impact speed: Set the impact speed according to the design requirements.

3. Test temperature: The laboratory temperature is 20 ± 2 ° C.

4. Relative humidity: The relative humidity in the laboratory is (65 ± 5)%.

Preparation of test specimens

  1. The size of the specimen is a cylindrical specimen with a diameter of 150mm and a height of 300mm.

  2. Mix proportion of specimens: Prepare specimens according to the concrete design mix proportion.

  3. Curing of test piece: The test piece is cured in the mold for 24 hours, then the mold is removed and subjected to standard curing.

Concrete pole impact resistance testing machineTest procedure

  1. Place the specimen on the impact testing machine and secure it in place.

  2. Place the standard impact head on top of the specimen and apply the specified impact load and impact velocity through an impact testing machine.

  3. Record the impact load and impact velocity of the specimen, and evaluate its impact resistance performance based on the test results.

Evaluation of experimental results

  1. The failure mode of the specimen: Based on the failure mode of the specimen, evaluate its impact resistance performance.

  2. The impact resistance of the specimen: Calculate the impact resistance of the specimen based on the test records and compare it with the requirements of the specifications.
