YAW-600 concrete pipe external pressure load testing machine is used for external pressure load testing of concrete and reinforced concrete drainage pipes GB/T16752-2006.

The YAW-600 concrete pipe external pressure load testing machine adopts a frame type self reflecting structure. The upper beam, bottom beam, and column are all welded with steel plates. The upper beam is fixed on the lifting column, and the adjustment of the test space is mainly completed by using a lifting motor. When adjusting the test space, the lifting motor is controlled to drive the force beam to move up and down along the column through a ring chain. After moving to the designated position, a pin is inserted for fixation, completing the adjustment of the test space.

The maximum load of the loading cylinder is 600kN,; Maximum travel 200mm; installed on the force beam, with one end of the oil cylinder connected to the sensor and one end of the sensor connected to the spherical pressure plate. For the convenience of assembly and transportation, the testing machine frame is designed as a segmented structure, which can be processed, assembled, and transported in sections while meeting the stress requirements.
