Computer measurement and control compression tester

The DCP-KY3000 computerized compression testing instrument (hereinafter referred to as the instrument) is the basic instrument for testing the compressive strength performance of cardboard. Its various performance parameters and technical indicators comply with standards such as GB/T 2679.8 "Determination of Ring Compression Strength of Paperboard", GB/T 6546 "Determination of Edge Compression Strength of Corrugated Paperboard", GB/T 6548 "Determination of Adhesive Strength of Corrugated Paperboard", and GB/T 2679.6 "Determination of Flat Compression Strength of Corrugated Core".

Special note: The newly released GB/T 6544-2008 "Corrugated Paper Board" integrates the GB/T 6548 standard, and there are significant changes in the sample size and bonding strength calculation formula for the bonding test in the new standard. This instrument meets the requirements of both old and new standards. Please pay attention to the selection during use. (See 4.3.2 Adhesive Test Selection Operation Instructions for details)

The computer measurement and control compression tester equipped with corresponding auxiliary equipment can perform the following tests:

——Equipped with a ring compression test center disk and a dedicated ring compression sampler, conduct cardboard ring compression strength test (RCT);

——Equipped with edge compression (adhesive) sample sampler and auxiliary guide block, conduct corrugated cardboard edge compression strength test (ECT);

——Equipped with a peel strength test stand for conducting corrugated cardboard adhesive (peel) strength tests (PAT);

——Equipped with a flat pressure sample sampler for conducting corrugated cardboard flat pressure strength test (FCT);

——Equipped with a groove tester and auxiliary tools, conduct laboratory groove tests (CCT and CMT).
