1、 Using the heat collection heating method, the heated container * is subjected to strong thermal radiation, and the heating speed is three times that of other flat heating magnetic stirrers. Uniform temperature, high efficiency, more suitable for heating reactions in spherical flasks.

2、 The main components of this machine are made of excellent materials, and the motor is a high-power DC motor with high stirring torque and low noise. Specially made stainless steel heating tube is aged at 800 ℃ for 24 hours. Insulation resistance>1000M Ω, safe and reliable during dry burning. The magnet steel uses the strong magnetic force of neodymium iron boron permanent magnet as the rotor to ensure sufficient suction and torque.

3、 The structure is reasonable, and the heat collection pot is made of high-quality stainless steel stamping, combined with special heating tubes and high-temperature resistant seals. It can add water (water bath), oil (oil bath), and dry burn, which is also the main advantage of this machine. The heating part is isolated from the electrical box by a heat dissipation plate, and under high-temperature heating and stirring, it does not affect the electrical performance of the whole machine. We can customize large and small capacity heat collection mixers according to user requirements.

3、 Usage method

1. Install the fixed experimental device, equip the appropriate agitator according to the container size, adjust the speed adjustment knob to the "0" position, insert the sensor into the sensor output hole on the back panel of the chassis, plug in the power, turn on the power switch, and adjust the speed to the desired state.

2. Click the SET button, SV will be displayed in the upper row, and the individual characters in the lower row will flash. At this time, the instrument can enter the setting state.

3. By using the shift key (<>), the decrease key (▽), the increase key (△), or long pressing the decrease key (▽) or the increase key (△), the set value can be changed or continuously changed.

After the setting is completed, click the SET button to restore the PV/SV display state of the controller, store the parameters, and enter the working state of the instrument.

5. Start self-tuning, press the SET button for about 5 seconds to enter the parameter setting state, continuously press the SET button until the parameter LKV appears, change the value of this parameter to 1, and then allow modification of various parameters. Press the SET button again until the ATV appears, enter the corresponding self-tuning type number 1, press the SET button for about 5 seconds, the AT light will turn on, the SV data will flash, and the instrument will start self-tuning. After the self-tuning is completed, the SV light goes out, and the instrument automatically calculates a set of parameters suitable for the heating system. At this time, the instrument controls according to the new PID parameters, which can be checked on the instrument.

4、 Precautions

When the system operating conditions change significantly, a self-tuning should be performed again to adapt to the new system parameters.

During the self-tuning period, if there is a power outage, the self-tuning state will be exited and the original PID parameters will remain unchanged.

3. If the temperature sensor is not connected, please do not turn on the temperature control switch to avoid damage to the heating tube and thermostat.
