Overview

The IDC-CMD cold metal detector can use a visible high brightness red semiconductor emitter as the light source, which is modulated to emit a parallel red light. After being received and amplified by a photosensitive tube, it outputs a switch signal. It is easy to install and debug and can be used in harsh environments such as high temperature and humidity. The IDC-CMD type can also use an invisible infrared semiconductor emitter as the light source. After modulation, it emits a beam of parallel light, which is received and amplified by a photosensitive tube to output a switch signal. Cold metal detectorUsing modulated laser beams and infrared filtering technology to achieve high-precision detection of hot and cold products, it is possible to perform high-precision detection of hot and cold objects in complex environments within a working range of more than 20 meters. It adopts a cast aluminum shell, and the compressed air entering the air cooling chamber can both cool the instrument and achieve air blowing of the laser light path.
