Structural Overview

The KMKM-2 type Mikum drum machine is mainly composed of a frame, drum, reduction system, unloading system, counting device, etc.

The frame is welded from steel sections and mainly serves as a support. All components are installed on the frame.

The drum is the main component of the equipment, which is made of rolled steel plates. It is supported by half shafts, bearings, and bearing seats at both ends and placed on a bracket to form a freely rotating cylinder. There is a material opening on the cylinder that can be opened, locked, and sealed. The cylinder is welded with steel plate ribs for material feeding. When the coke is placed in the drum and rotates, it rolls along with it. Under the action of the steel plate ribs, it is thrown down and self crushed. After reaching the preset number, the drum stops rotating and the material is discharged from the material outlet, completing a set test cycle.

Reduction system: composed of motor, coupling, worm gear reducer, etc. Plays a role in driving the drum to operate at a suitable constant speed. The worm gear reducer also has self-locking function. The deceleration system is also equipped with a manual adjustment device, which facilitates unloading and adjusting the distance of the sensing switch position of the counting device.

Unloading device: composed of drum unloading port, flexible support frame, unloading plate, etc. After the drum reaches the preset speed and stops, it enters the unloading work. Due to the self-locking function of the worm gear reducer, it is necessary to manually stir the handle installed on the input shaft of the reducer to align the flexible support frame with the socket on the material port, then loosen the clamping bolt, open the material port cover plate, and perform unloading work.

Counting device: mainly used for preset rotation speed, digital display of rotation speed, and automatic shutdown.
