Coflore ACR: It is a laboratory scale active mixed continuous flow reactor consisting of 10 serially connected reactor units, each with a working volume of 9mL, capable of achieving near laminar flow. Its lateral stirring frequency is 2-6Hz, which can provide efficient mixing at low flow rates and is suitable for developing and optimizing chemical processes. When the residence time is 5 minutes, it can produce 1.2L of material per hour.
Coflore from AM Technology in the UK ® ACR stirred cell reactor is a dynamic mixed flow reactor that focuses on research and development and kilogram level production. With "dynamic mixing" as its core advantage, it is compatible with multiphase reactions such as liquid/liquid and liquid/gas.
It consists of a stirring platform and a reactor block component. The reactor block contains 10 serial units, supporting flexible reagent feeding and process monitoring. The working volume can be adjusted between 30-100mL, and the temperature control range covers -40 to 140 ℃. Under a 5-minute dwell time, the throughput capacity of 90mL ACR exceeds 1000mL/hour, which can efficiently complete hydrogenation, nitration and other processes (such as aromatic nitro compound hydrogenation conversion rate reaching twice that of batch processes), and seamlessly connect the ACR → ATR → RTR scaling up path, achieving full process coverage from gram level research and development to thousand ton level production, providing a safer and more efficient continuous manufacturing solution for the fine chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
