1、 The purpose of the instrument

The CVM-640E coaxial illumination single tube video microscope can produce upright three-dimensional spatial images when observing objects. Strong stereoscopic effect, clear and wide imaging, and long working distance make it a widely applicable conventional microscope. The falling beam inspection microscope is easy to operate, intuitive, and has high calibration efficiency. It is suitable for inspection of electronic industry production lines, printed circuit boards, welding defects (printing misalignment, edge collapse, etc.) in printed circuit components, single board PC calibration, vacuum fluorescence display screen VFD calibration, etc. The microscope magnifies the image of the physical object and displays it on the computer screen. The image can be saved, enlarged, and printed. Equipped with measurement software, various data can be measured.

The coaxial illumination single tube video microscope system is an organic combination of traditional optical microscopes and computers (digital cameras) through photoelectric converters. It can not only perform microscopic observations through eyepieces, but also observe real-time dynamic images on the computer (digital camera) display screen, and edit, save, and print the required images.
