YJ-6434ACoarse fiber content analyzerIt is designed and manufactured according to the national standard GB/T 6434-2022 "Determination of crude fiber content in feed - Filtration method". It uses the commonly used acid-base digestion method to digest the sample and performs weight determination to obtain the crude fiber content of the sample. Suitable for the determination of crude fiber content in various types of feed, grains, cereals, food, etc. This instrument uses a fixed amount of acid and alkali to digest the sample under specific conditions, and then removes soluble substances with ether and acetone. After high-temperature calcination, the amount of minerals is deducted, and the remaining amount is called crude fiber. It is not an exact chemical entity, but a rough composition measured under mandatory conditions, mainly composed of cellulose, with small amounts of hemicellulose and lignin.
