Production situation: Large stone blocks are uniformly fed into the jaw crusher by the trough feeder for coarse crushing, and the coarse crushed stone blocks are sent to the impact crusher for further crushing by the tape; The finely crushed stone is fed into a vibrating screen by a belt conveyor for screening, and several different sizes of stones are screened out. The stones that meet the particle size requirements are sent to the finished material pile by a finished belt conveyor; Stones that do not meet the particle size requirements are returned by the tape conveyor and sent to the impact crusher for further crushing, forming a closed loop with multiple cycles. The particle size of finished products can be combined and graded according to user needs, and auxiliary dust removal equipment can be equipped to protect the environment.
