Coal (coal) falling strength tester

1、 Overview:

The coal (coal) falling strength tester is used to determine the crushing strength of coal. The product is designed and manufactured according to GB/T15459-2006 "Method for Determining the Falling Strength of Coal".

2、 Measurement principle:

According to the standard requirements, representative block coal is used to prepare air dried block coal samples with particle sizes of 60-100mm. Then, according to the standard measurement steps, place the coal blocks in the sample tray, rotate the dropping device, and the coal blocks freely fall from a height of 2M onto a steel plate of the specified thickness. Then, drop the coal blocks larger than 25mm from the falling coal again, for a total of three times. The crushing strength of the coal is expressed by the mass percentage of the crushed coal blocks larger than 25mm to the original coal.
The instrument consists of steel plates, frames, marking rods, positioning wheels, and dropping devices. Place the prepared coal blocks in the material tray, press the button, and the instrument will automatically rise. When it reaches the specified height, the lifting will stop and the material tray will automatically fall down. The coal blocks will fall into the steel plate frame and operate according to the standard required number of drops. Weigh the broken coal blocks and calculate the strength value.
