    》Pressure jet cleaning

You can set the spray pressure (national standard) or flow rate (European standard), and operate it in a quantitative or timed manner with a set flow rate, depending on the cleanliness operation specifications of different products.

    》Ultrasonic pressure cleaning (optional)

    Ultrasonic vibration cleaning utilizes the cavitation, acceleration, and direct flow effects of ultrasonic waves in liquids to directly and indirectly affect liquids and pollutants. It generates a pressure of 1012-1013pa and local temperature around bubbles, destroys the adhesion of insoluble particles and pollutants, and separates them into solution, ultimately achieving the effect of cleaning surface particles and pollutants of parts. The cleaning effect is better than pressure cleaning, and the cleaning uniformity is better. The equipment integrates this function internally, which can achieve fully automatic ultrasonic cleaning and a higher degree of automation in cleaning and detection.

    》Irrigation cleaning

    Reserved pipeline access port for equipment, used for product flow cleaning; Pour the liquid back into the equipment compartment and place it at the liquid outlet (instead of directly connecting it with the filter membrane for sample preparation); To avoid the vacuum in the chamber caused by the direct connection of the inlet and outlet to the filter membrane for sample preparation, as well as the flow resistance caused by the pore size of the filter membrane, and prevent particle collection;

    》Filter membrane sampling device

    After cleaning the parts, the cleaning agent can be synchronously and automatically filtered and recycled through an online filter, and the surface particles and pollutants of the parts in the cleaning solution can be collected on the surface of the detection filter membrane in a timely manner.
