Clean type pressure reducing valve
Sanitary valves/high cleanliness media
Mainly used in high-purity pipelines in the biopharmaceutical and food industries, such as SIP processes for pipelines and tanks, sterilization cabinets, clean compressed air, etc.
► Product features
The valve material is made of forged stainless steel that meets EN10204 3.1 certification. Through electrolytic polishing, it can achieve higher standards of clean use. The sealing rubber gasket that comes into close contact with the medium complies with FDA certification in the United States.
Pure mechanical structure, not prone to malfunctions and easy to maintain, with low equipment maintenance costs. Corner seat structure design, vertically installed, can achieve 'self emptying' under the action of gravity, and there is no residue or liquid accumulation inside the valve.
