Clean steam safety valve

A clean steam safety valve is a type of safety protection valve, whose opening and closing components are in a normally closed state under external force. When the pressure of the medium in the equipment or pipeline increases and exceeds the specified value, it automatically opens to prevent the pressure of the medium in the pipeline or equipment from exceeding the specified value by discharging the medium outside the system. Safety valves belong to the category of automatic valves, mainly used in boilers, pressure vessels, and pipelines to control pressure not exceeding the specified value, playing an important protective role in personal safety and equipment operation.

Clean steam safety valves are automatically opened and closed according to the working pressure of the pressure system, and are generally installed on equipment or pipelines in closed systems to protect system safety. When the pressure inside the equipment or pipeline exceeds the set pressure of the safety valve, it automatically opens to release pressure, ensuring that the medium pressure inside the equipment and pipeline is below the set pressure, protecting the normal operation of the equipment and pipeline, preventing accidents, and reducing losses.

The function of Seifert safety valve: The safety valve plays a safety protection role in the system. When the system pressure exceeds the specified value, the safety valve opens and releases a portion of the gas/fluid in the system into the atmosphere/pipeline, ensuring that the system pressure does not exceed the allowable value and preventing accidents due to excessive pressure.
