The circular lifting rotating stage is designed specifically for stage performances, with a rotating stage speed generally ranging from 0.5 to 1 r/min. The rotation speed, fixed start stop, and rotation direction can be adjusted and controlled through PLC.
Design points:
1. Inertia matching, in order to achieve precise start stop, the calculation of equivalent inertia conversion is a key task. During the design process, the choice of drive should be either variable frequency or servo.
2. The direct way to eliminate reverse clearance is to use a reverse clearance reducer or a dual drive clearance reducer.
3. Logic control sensors, mainly using non-contact sensors to meet the logic control of rotating stages
