Overview

The circuit breaker switch tester is mainly used to measure multiple key parameters of the circuit breaker during the opening and closing process, including opening/closing time, synchronicity (three-phase different period time), bounce frequency and time, stroke, overtravel, rigid opening/closing speed, average speed, coil current waveform, energy storage motor working status, etc. By using high sampling rate sensors (such as linear displacement sensors, angular velocity sensors, Hall current clamps, etc.) and a high-speed synchronous acquisition system, the instrument can fully restore the dynamic characteristics of the entire process of the circuit breaker from command issuance to contact action, and present them intuitively in the form of waveform diagrams, data tables, and trend curves.
