The circuit board line width measuring instrument is mainly used to detect the upper and lower width, area, angle, circle diameter, center distance, etc. of the inner and outer semi-finished products of PCB printed circuit boards after development and etching (before applying green oil). Can be extended to micro size measurement of other electronic components.

Using a light source to illuminate the circuit board under test, the image signal is transmitted to the computer through optical amplification and CCD photoelectric signal conversion, displaying a clear image on the interface. Then, the measurement area of the image is directly selected with the mouse for edge detection and returning the measurement result.
